Good Morning RsR Membership
Today voting is open for the next 7 Days (20 Oct 2020, 7:00 a.m./0700hrs thru 27 Oct 2020, 11:59 p.m./2359hrs) to elect the next set of Primary Officers for Riverside Region (RsR) PCA. The Officers you will be voting for are the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The term of office for each position is One (1) year per the RsR bylaws (a copy of bylaws are in the RsR workplace app).

There are two (2) pieces of information you will need to sign on.
- Your Voter ID which, is your name. I used the name that was on the official PCA National role as of 17 Oct 2020. For example, if your name is John Doe, your Voter ID is “DoeJohn.” If you use an initial like J. William Doe, your Voter ID is, DoeJWilliam. If you use your initials, like J.W. Doe, your Voter ID is DoeJW. One last example, if your name is Jane William-Smith, your Voter ID is, William-SmithJane. However, there are a few other unique cases; if you have any problems with your Voter ID, send an email to [email protected], and I will reply with your Voter ID. Please enclose in your email your full name and your PCA member number.
- The next piece of information that is required is a Voter Key. Your ten (10) digit PCA member number is your Voter Key. If you have forgotten your membership number, sign onto https://www.pca.org/ and under membership, then my account, and you will find your member number there. Also, check your name while you are there.
Once you arrive at the ballot, you can select one of the individuals that are on the ballot, or you may write in a name. Once you have selected your choices, ensure you submit your ballot. You can screenshot or print out a receipt of your vote after it is submitted. This is only a ballot number indicating you voted, and it was accepted.
